For this French sports car manufacturer, our experts carried out a Workplace study with the aim of designing spaces that correspond to the organization’s DNA in a context of profound transformation with the arrival on the job market of the “Digital Natives”: Millenials and Gen Z.
The WIP project was carried out using a co-construction approach, involving all employees and capitalizing on collective intelligence:
⇨ Change management, including co-construction of the communication plan
⇨ Presentations to social partners
⇨ Feasibility study and functional analysis
⇨ Quantitative/qualitative surveys
⇨ Macro/micro-zoning
We also worked hand-in-hand with our client to produce their own layout charter to standardize their various sites.
Our architect unleashed his creativity by proposing inspiring, dynamic spaces, stimulating creativity and innovation (Innovlabs, Digital labs, Fablabs etc.). The “workshop” and industrial spirit remains very present and adapts to the space, while remaining in clear, timeless tones.
