A new office in Luxembourg

A new headquarters in the heart of a fast-growing tertiary sector zone in the centre of Luxembourg City for this commercial property investor.

Tristan Capital Partners has chosen the Cloche d’Or sector as the location for its new Luxembourg office.

The ARCH.DESIGN teams had the pleasure of bringing this project to life by managing the construction work, in close collaboration with our London-based partner NHQ, which produced the architectural design for the space.

Spaces designed for performance and comfort

In a nutshell, this 600 m² facility offers 44 open-space workstations, a number of phonebooths, a meeting room and a cafeteria.

The whole complex offers a modern, welcoming working environment, where natural light and meticulous finishing contribute to the well-being of employees.

In view of the confidentiality of certain files handled by the teams, a secure area has been designed, with specific access control.

The Tristan Capital Partners teams now benefit from a brightly-lit office, a reception area in the brand’s colours and generous open-plan workspaces. All the conditions are in place for a pleasant employee experience.
