At the crossroads of Paris & the main European countries, Experience & Excellence meet up between food & space design, to create a unique building that will be home to a leader in high-quality flavors for the food and beverage industry worldwide. That’s where we became partners with OSF Flavors to give life to these new offices in Lormaison, a small city located up in the North of Paris.

In order to develop a project coherent with its image, OSF Flavors chose to collaborate with us to translate its vision into a reality.

The whole Design&Build process was brought to life through our signature approach, the DESIGN360 method: focusing on a flexible approach, coupled with our in-house team including workplace experts, designers, project managers, site managers and furniture experts, in view of keeping control over the quality of the work carried out.

“Throughout the conception phase, our general manager was very concerned about the aesthetics of the building, given that these premises had to be a marketing tool able to receive important customers. The architect made a lot of suggestions along these lines, and a lot of back and forth with plans, sketches and 3D visuals has occured between us – which has enabled us to project ourselves into the real vision of the building and gave us a good framework for the project.”
