Odity
A new head office to unite and promote the brand
Odity is a company that manages customer service for premium brands and luxury houses worldwide.
It masters the art of customer relations, capturing and embodying the uniqueness of each brand to address the most demanding audiences.
The ARCH.DESIGN teams had the pleasure of assisting the company with its 2,500 m² head office project in Levallois-Perret, from architectural design through to completion of the works.
Project challenges and objectives
As Odity’s teams were spread over 2 separate sites, in Rueil-Malmaison and Levallois-Perret, the desire to bring all staff together at a single head office led to a move timed to coincide with lease expiry dates.
Added to this was the desire to create a new dynamic, to give impetus and mark a new beginning for the company.
Strengthening the team was also one of the main challenges of the project.
To meet all these objectives, our teams took the time to understand and immerse themselves in the company’s DNA.
¨ Listening to the ARCH.DESIGN teams was very important to the project. Particularly the attention paid to Odity’s DNA. ¨

An identity embodied in the spaces
The new head office had to be a strong identity marker for Odity. Our design teams took this dimension into account in the architectural design and decoration of the spaces.
Right from the reception area, employees and visitors are invited to enter through the logo, which opens to let them through. Then, throughout the space, black and gold, the brand’s colours, make their elegant presence felt.
Two of the company’s hallmarks can be found on the upper floors:
The musical world
A favourite of the company, it serves as a common thread running through the decor. Reproduction of record sleeves on the walls in all areas, equaliser in the restaurant area, piano.
Customer relations
Embodied by the many models of telephones of all ages that proudly decorate an entire shelf on the top floor. The company is firmly rooted in its business.
Careful attention to the employee experience
The desire to offer teams the best possible employee experience has guided the design of the spaces and the choice of furniture.
This is reflected in the variety of postures offered, from classic bench seating, high tables with stools, low areas with footstools and armchairs, to more informal areas inviting brainstorming or debate.
There are plenty of meeting rooms and bubbles along the way.
The auditorium on the ground floor has been designed to be modular and to accommodate a variety of event formats.
The visual identity of the main catering and conviviality area has been carefully designed, and it’s clear that this is where the collective’s heart beats.
¨ The idea was to enable all employees to work in a place that fosters excellence, collaboration and team spirit. ¨

A confidential VIP customer area
Odity’s premium positioning means that it takes great care of its customers. This sense of customer service has led to the creation of a confidential premium space on the ground floor, the “Maison Odity”.
You’ll immediately feel at home in this well-kept, cosy reception area, which is chic without being ostentatious.
It has a bar, lounge, meeting room and dining room. Everything is set up so that you can organise meals prepared on site by chefs. The chefs have a kitchen to match their talents.
A space in keeping with the world of luxury, which accounts for most of Odity’s clientele.
Challenges for ARCH.DESIGN
The CSR dimension was important, and we wanted to run a responsible project. Our teams responded perfectly to Odity’s expectations in this respect.
Technical challenges were also successfully met to achieve the desired project:
- Structural modifications with opening of load-bearing elements
- Completely redesigned spaces and creation of a different volume to the existing one
- Partitions on the ground floor moved back to increase ceiling height in the reception area
- Total glazing of the auditorium for a brighter space
¨ The result is identical to the visuals proposed to us during the design phase. ¨
