Designing a Flagship Workplace for a Luxury Customer Experience Brand in Paris

Odity, a leader in premium customer experience solutions, entrusted ARCH.DESIGN with the transformation of their new 3,100 sqm Paris headquarters. Designed to host over 100 employees, the project needed to mirror the brand’s refined DNA while delivering an agile, future-ready work environment within a freshly renovated building in North Paris.
The Challenge
The client brought forward an exceptional attention to detail, expecting a workspace that would reflect the same sense of elegance and precision they deliver to their clients. Our challenge was to co-create a space that felt exclusive yet functional, refined yet dynamic — all within a tight 6-month delivery timeline, split into two phases.

The Solution
Our design team adopted a co-creation approach from day one, collaborating closely with the Odity leadership to shape an environment that felt truly bespoke. Using a dynamic digital model, we enabled real-time design reviews, allowing the client to immerse themselves in their future workplace and make live adjustments as the vision took shape. This interactive process elevated not only the quality of the design, but also the speed and clarity of decision-making.

The result: an elegant yet functional workplace where every detail has been curated with precision. From sculptural light fixtures to tailored joinery and smooth tonal palettes, the design captures a sense of calm, flow and understated luxury. The “Maison Odity” — a dedicated client experience suite — remains confidential but stands as the crown jewel of the project: a private, high-end hospitality environment designed for Odity’s most prestigious guests.

The Result
Delivered on time and beyond expectations, the new Odity headquarters sets a new benchmark for workplace experiences in the luxury sector.
