Aréas Assurances

The 7th largest network of general agents in France, Aréas Assurances is an independent group made up of the mutual insurance companies Aréas Dommages and Aréas Vie. With nearly 500 points of sale, Aréas provides its customers with efficient services thanks to a relationship based on trust and proximity.

Owner of 2 buildings in Paris with a total surface area of 6,600 m², Aréas Assurances accommodates its 270 employees at its head office. The spaces were very compartmentalised and the management wanted to optimise the use of its 2 buildings, by studying the possibility of grouping the teams in a single building. 🏢🏢 → 🏢

It was the employees who brought their workplace to life.

Our Change Management expert, Sophie Parienti, took this project to heart in order to support our client in its evolution. She led weekly meetings to keep the COPIL informed of the progress of the project, as well as numerous themed workshops, interviews, employee surveys and polls. 👏🏽

The aim was to involve managers and employees in defining the best practices to be deployed collectively and in drawing up a document setting out the rules of life and the main principles to which everyone should adhere.

Change Management is a cross-functional component of the project and enables employees to be involved from the outset of the project, by pacing their participation in the reflection, at different stages of the project, in view to obtaining the support of as many people as possible. 👥🏆👥
