FNAIM contacted ARCH.DESIGN to refurbish its offices, located in a listed building in Paris.

The work of our architects and construction / joinery specialists was to respect the identity of this majestic historic space, and create contemporary spaces adapted to the future of real estate. On the ground floor, an incubator for start-ups working on the development of innovative real estate solutions, allows people to work with agility. On the 1st to 3rd floors our specialists worked with the very noble Haussmann style to highlight the existing architecture and take advantage of the play of lights. These spaces have been designed to share and analyze real estate data with professionals and the public, bring together reflections on the sustainable city and housing, and support the transformation of the real estate professions.
