Paris Airport

The ADP Group, world leader in airport services, has chosen to leave its historical headquarters on boulevard Raspail in Paris to move to the edge of the runways in a new headquarters at Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle.

For their new headquarters in Roissy CDG (11 000m²) and Coeur d’Orly (50 000m²), we were asked to design and create spaces in line with their ambitions for business development and quality of life at work. The new spaces encourage collaboration and mutual exchanges between departments, in a hotel-like atmosphere.

The challenge was threefold:

– To provide ADP teams with a comfortable working environment that is as close as possible to their customers and to the day-to-day activities of the airports
– To provide a welcome for employees that matches the welcome that the Group must provide to its customers
– Comply with the most recent and demanding environmental standards

We designed the three ADP buildings as an “open balcony on the airport” so that they would become the common home of the airport community.
As soon as they arrived at the reception desk, visitors were struck by the brightness provided by the huge bay windows and felt welcome.

Volume: 1,000 height-adjustable workstations, pedestals, cabinets, numerous meeting rooms and confidentiality bubbles

Testimonial: “We selected ARCH.DESIGN to provide the cabinets, meeting tables and desks for all employees, not only for the new headquarters but for the entire ADP group, having been convinced of the benefits of height-adjustable desks.”
